You will receive a download link. IMPORTANT: Open this link as you
would go to a webpage. The link takes you directly to the download area,,
which is a web page.

Be sure that you have updated Adobe Reader if you have any problem with
downloading. Adobe Reader is now available to download on your iPhone.
Go to the actual download page by clicking the link as you would click a
normal web page.
When you get to the file of a class, please look to see if there is a
password.
Click on the class and allow the pdf file to fully load.
Save the class in your My Documents folder.
Then you can open the class from your "My Documents"
If the book does not open, then do this:
Go to My Documents and go to your saved file of the book, but don't open it
- instead, Right Click on the name of the file (do not open the file, just
right click on the name).
Go to Properties.
In Properties, look for "Opens With" - it should open with Adobe Reader. If
it is opening with something other than Adobe, then it is trying to open
with the wrong program and it won't open correctly. Change what it
opens with to Adobe Reader.
If your book still will not open, then you may need to update Adobe Reader.
(You may have an older version of Adobe Reader.)

attempt to repurchase it through this system, please. Instead, contact
us to repurchase it by mail.
Unfortunately, due to the percentage of "less than scrupulous" people who
buy ebooks and refund each one, so they can get the information for
free, we have to put into place extra security for everyone.
Please know that all download attempts are tracked by our software.
For the honest purchaser, that is never a problem. We only look at the
number of download attempts when someone requests a refund. Those who do not
ask for a refund may download the material an unlimited number of times.
We understand that people occasionally request a refund. However,
those who are in that small but "problem group" that purchases and refunds
literally everything are purposely abusing the system.
Those who abuse the system can be reported to Clickbank and Paypal if
applicable. Their accounts can be submitted to a collections agency in
the case of fraudulent chargebacks.
